FIRE & DESIRE

Man! I’m doing this 7 day fast with just fruit smoothies I’m making up in the crib and water. I can honestly tell you that I can literally taste every food i had last week in my mouth. I’m at the job with enough money to get what I want out the vending machine to give me that extra boost in the heat but I’m sipping on water. I’m focus and struggling at the same time. But in the end, that combination builds discipline and character. A lot of time we want those characteristics in others but lack it within ourselves. Forward and upward it seems where the ride is taking me. You know how we do. Salute
