…….And we Shooting

I usually have a lot of ideas. All the ideas don’t always pertain to me drawing something. Naw, that would be quite boring. Even though I don’t really get bored. But ideas tend to rehash through other people. A lot of dope collabs get created out of these ideas. So often Reeswa and I bounce dope ideas with each other. This time Dj jamad is the subject matter. Stay tuned

Artwork I did of the talented Eric Nine! He hooked up a nice piece for me so this is some what a exchange of artwork

What’s up with that Spike Lee thing?

I posted earlier this week that I have art work on Spike Lee kickstarter page to help him raise money for his new movie project. Whoever buy the artwork will get the printed copy signed by spike lee and I. I guess the last part really got people blood racing. Plus the fact I have 2 artwork on the page and my name is clearly mention to it. When I use the term blood racing. I use it in a good way. But go check it out. Donate if you have it. The saga continues as usual. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/spikelee/the-newest-hottest-spike-lee-joint

The new Late Bloom

I got a chance to witness and listen to emotional pure from the heart music last night. Boog Brown album release party was packed with ATL finest to hear her story and journey on what she described as her baby. In this time where people argue about how dope or wack some of these rich artist already bought album changed their lives. It’s understood because of the lack or creative outlet that at least what the radio or big companies are  pushing to make money seems to be standard. But when the smoke clear and if you really are looking. Some of the dopest artist we know are people we actually know. And Boog Brown is one of the many  dope artist in the ATL that fit that bill. I don’t even have to convince you. Just take a listen to her lastest venture “The Late Bloom”.  After enjoying the sounds. Buy the album and tell friends. you’ll be so cool for putting them on to that bloom son!!

purchase: THE LATE BLOOM

Sold artwork this WEEKEND!

Sharks in the Golden pond is a expression that’s expressed through music by Lex boogie from the bronx and Goldi gold.
The nature of the expression. To evole the listener to a moment that Can’t be described but felt. A since of being lost in your own world while being surrounded By a bunch of people. That moment of awareness where you realize that beyond everything Else. You can do anything you put your mind into. So on March 20th 2013 be prepared

Everyday it’s about getting better.

100 pieces of art, each sold for $100 and contributed by local artists. I was one of 100 artist during the benefit for the create your dreams event last week. The organization is a youth enrichment program, dedicated to nurturing the talents and dreams of students living in underserved areas of Northwest Atlanta. Since 1994. The event went well and the dude that’s holding my artwork bought it 10 minutes within the start of the event. Hey! I love the kids!

I might still might have the TOUCH

Artwork I actually have done to be auctioned off in a few weeks. It a;ways feel like years when I haven’t created art on the computer. But i’m still here!!

The funny thing about a good idea is, you lose the value of it if you don’t put it in action. Afterwards, that’s when things start getting interesting. Sheree ReeSwa Swann is at the interesting part of her journey. The idea part is”The Royal Affair” art show which will be displayed at The City of ink August 17 2012. The jump start of the Happily Natural day weekend during Black August in Atlanta. It’s going to be a full and solo exhibit of her work. Displayed photos of Men, women and child being represented in different shades of black consumed by nothing but pride, honor and respect. It’s that Royal feeling we often have within us during our daily lives that help us get by.
The Action part. Work before and After work. Sand blasting and painting frames until new. Buying more frames.Editing, sizing and printing multiple photos. Promoting and still having photo shoots during all of this. Plus working that overtime at the job. Yea! I guess Taking a quick pic, choosing a filter and posting it on instagram is quicker. The Royal work continues. Salute!
